ValetOS, operated by SW Mobile Valeting LTD, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact our support team and we will raise it with Paddle for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from Plan & payments inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so cancelling before it ends means you are never charged.
